PDFPencil is a web-based tool that lets you edit text directly on PDF documents, including scanned or photographed documents. Editing a document is free; downloading the corrected file (Save) requires 1 credit per file.
Credits are purchased in prepaid packs and deducted only when a corrected file is successfully saved/downloaded. Credits do not expire. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits.
PDFPencil is a text-editing tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any corrections made to your documents before relying on or distributing them, including on scanned/OCR-detected pages where automatic text recognition may be imperfect.
